What comprises the program?
The program's main components:
- Members will hear 16+ successful business owners and executives share their experiences and lessons learned through a series of Saturdays.
- Members will have the opportunity to connect with young, experienced and aspiring entrepreneurs from the Los Angeles area.
How Do I Join/Apply?

How can I ensure I get accepted into the program?
Apply and describe your enthusiasm to be in the program!
Can I attend a session first to see what it is like?
Absolutely, please email info@emsociety.org to be invited to the next available session.
When is the application due?
Applications are constantly being accepted on a rolling basis for future semesters. Please submit early to get in time for the start of each semester which generally start in February and October.
Important Start Dates of Each Semester.
The next semester will start on February 5, 2011.
I can’t make all the sessions?
We understand. Our schedules are hectic too. If you can't make it to a couple of sessions, that's fine. Keep in mind that the value you get from EMS will be directly proportional to the number of hours you commit to it.
How much does the program cost?
The full program cost for a semester is $200.00. The amount is partly used to offset admittance cost to other events. Waivers are excepted for special situations. Also there are positions available for participants that waive the program fee. Please email info@emsociety.org for more information.
I am interested in being a guest speaker.
It is wonderful to give back to the community. EMS is always looking for additional speakers for the program. Please contact us at info@emsociety.org to discuss in further detail.
I am interested in joining the Advisory Board of Directors.
Sponsors get an opportunity to build a relationship with budding entrepreneurs as well as reach the collegiate and young professional demographic. Please contact us to discuss how EMS and your organization can establish a long term value driven corporate sponsorship arrangement.
I am interested in offering internships and job opportunities to EMS students, how do I establish them with EMS?
We will gladly post internships, part-time and full-time opportunities on our website. In addition, we will refer a select number of high-caliber students who may provide the best fit for your description. Please contact us at: info@emsociety.org.
