Leadership Positions

Every year EMS is lead by a volunteer group made of its members. These leaders of leaders volunteer their time to manage, direct and shape the organization. One of EMS’s values is that “in life, you get what you give.” By stepping up to leadership positions, officers of the organization obtain first hand experience managing an organization, developing the soft skills in working in a team based approach, and build life long friendships with other leaders.

EMS officers are rewarded with additional events and networking opportunities. Leaders are often the first to know about opportunities and developments with the organization. Beyond all the extra perks, leaders know their efforts will benefit future aspiring entrepreneurs in the same way that their predecessors have laid the groundwork for them.
